Nixu Software has launched a new major release of its flagship DNS, DHCP and IPAM solution, Nixu NameSurfer Suite 7 Series. The latest addition to the long line of industry-firsts introduces an updated look and feel along with a new dashboard module designed to provide a holistic view of the entire DNS, DHCP and IPAM (DDI) platform. The new dashboard provides a unified screen that network managers and administrators can use to view all essential aspects of their DDI environment. It was designed to further simplify DDI management processes and workflows, helping customers in their quest to save money and time.
“After a careful analysis of the IPAM and DDI workflows of our customers, we realized most DDI management tasks are really quite straight forward. While most customers also have advanced requirements, the reality was that those features were not utilized 99% of the time. Based on this finding, the design principle of our new dashboard was to provide a simple utility that facilitates quick and simple DDI management. The advanced features are still available in the underlying modules, but we kept the dashboard as simple as possible” said Juha Holkkola, the Managing Director of Nixu Software.
With Citrix® Ready and VMware® Ready certifications and support for emerging network standards such as IPv6, DNSSEC and ENUM, Nixu NameSurfer Suite 7 Series is the ideal DNS, DHCP and IPAM (DDI) solution for organizations looking to ensure business continuity and show return on their virtualization investment. Thanks to its powerful API, it can be easily integrated with external applications and services, making Nixu NameSurfer Suite the industry DNS, DHCP and IPAM provisioning platform of choice.
